A leading hospitality music installation

Since 2003, Backsound has supplied hardware and software for (background) music in the Netherlands. We make affordable, high-quality hospitality music installations. What's more, we are always there for our customers with excellent service. Not only do we answer your questions expertly, but in the event of a fault you can also contact our fault service 24/7. In most cases, problems can simply be solved remotely, so the fault is fixed quickly. A Backsound hospitality music installation also gives you access to our latest innovations. How about iBacksound, for example? It is a handy app that lets you use your smartphone or iPad as a remote control for your music system.

Background music in your restaurant

Do you run a restaurant? Then a good music installation is a must in your premises! A great song not only creates a pleasant atmosphere, it also makes your guests spend more time in your restaurant, and therefore more money. Desserts are not skipped, and when the music creates a cosy atmosphere, a few more cups of coffee or tea are guaranteed to be ordered (or a new bottle of wine). Not only is the type of music important, you also need to be able to control the volume properly. Your guests need to be able to make themselves heard over the music, so that it is not experienced as disturbing. But the idea is not for the sound to be barely audible either. With the handy iBacksound system you can easily set the volume from your smartphone. With a hospitality music installation you provide the perfect music, so your guests can enjoy themselves to the full.

A hospitality music installation in your pub

If you own a pub, you know better than anyone that the mood only really gets going when exactly the right song is played. You can use Backsound's hospitality music installation for this too. During the day you put on relaxing music from the hippest singer-songwriters for your guests to enjoy with a cup of coffee and a slice of cake, and in the evening you get the party going with the best Dutch-language pop songs. Or would you rather go for the latest hits from international DJs? You can choose between these and hundreds of other options with a Backsound hospitality music installation.

Playing requests

Do your guests regularly ask for a particular song? With a Backsound hospitality music installation, that is no problem! You will find the free Backsound Request App in the App Store. When your guests request a song, you look it up with the search function in the app. You then send it to the music computer at the push of a button. Of course, it is important that the latest songs can always be found. That is why we update our selection constantly. You can choose to receive daily, weekly or monthly messages with all the new music available in our system. You indicate yourself which genres you are interested in. At the push of a button you download the song to your hospitality music installation. Looking for a song you cannot find in our search system? Send us a request and we will put it on your music computer within one working day.
